Our Commitment
Every item on Salish Sea Crafts is handcrafted by San Juan Islands artisans. We want you to love your purchase. If something arrives damaged or doesn't match its description, we'll make it right.
Eligible for Refund
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Items that are significantly different from their product description
- Items lost in transit (with shipping confirmation but no delivery)
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a refund. Please include photos of any damage.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Custom or made-to-order items (unless defective)
- Perishable goods (food, candles that have been burned)
- Items returned after 7 days without prior approval
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind (these are handcrafted goods)
How to Request a Refund
- Email hello@salishseacrafts.com with your order number and reason for the request
- Include photos if the item is damaged or defective
- We'll review your request within 2 business days
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.
Local Pickup Orders
For items picked up locally, please inspect your items at the time of pickup. Refund requests for local pickup orders must be made within 48 hours.
